Nordic Marketing Communications Specialist. Copenhagen (ID10675)

HR navigator recruiting on behalf of AAF/Dinair.

Do you have excellent verbal and written Swedish and English skills, and do you have at least three years of professional experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist, preferably in an international environment?

In this position, you will collaborate with and support marketing, sales management and other key business unit partners. You will help plan, execute, monitor and evaluate marketing communications programmes and campaigns using an appropriate combination of internal and external resources to support overall business objectives.

Although AAF/Dinair is a large international group, the European region is still growing with a kind of entrepreneurial spirit. Therefore, the marketing department still consists only of one employee in the Netherlands and one Marketing Manager in Germany. This means that you should be able to work independently and with your manager off site. At the office in Vallensbæk, you’ll have the company of colleagues from other departments.

Tasks:

  • Support in the conception of sales campaigns in collaboration with Product Management and Sales Managers throughout Europe.
  • Conception, creation and roll-out of sales material such as presentations, brochures and leaflets.
  • Preparation and organisation of exhibitions, congresses and workshops.
  • Qualification and coordination of agencies and other external service providers.
  • Support in the further development of the recently-started CRM System in terms of marketing communication activities.
  • Assistance in the further development of external and internal online marketing channels.

Professional requirements:

  • Successfully completed a degree in marketing, business administration with a corresponding focus, or comparable professional training.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to disseminate the essence of a message and present clearly, without excess verbiage.
  • Excellent verbal and written Swedish and English skills. Official AAF business language is English.
  • Professional proficiency of other Scandinavian languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is an advantage.
  • At least three years of professional experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist, preferably in an international environment.
  • Professional experience in a marketing agency is an advantage.
  • Broad range of experience in the required communication disciplines (online and offline).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Knowledge of DTP software (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop) and experience in the creation of printed material.
