We are looking for a new Customer Service Assistant for the Customer Service Team in Copenhagen.

 

Job description:

You will be part of the global Customer Service Team, and working from our International Sales office in Copenhagen. You will also work closely with members of our export team, and projects or tasks across the organization may also be expected.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Customer support and handling of customer requests
  • Order handling
  • Administration and updating of master data in ERP and CRM systems
  • Customer and market related activities, campaigns etc.

You will be working front and back office and will be responsible for a proactive customer service to the markets primarily assigned to you.

A few travelling days a year are to be expected.

You will be placed at our  offices at Islands Brygge in Copenhagen and will report to the  Customer Service Manager.

 

Professional skills:

You have a commercial and administrative background and hold a Bachelor’s degree or similar. Preferably you have 2-3 years of experience with customer service from a similar job in an international company.

Mastery of the English language – orally and in writing – is a must. The preferred candidate speaks and writes at least one other foreign language.

We expect you to have a service oriented and commercial mindset, be well-structured and both solution and action-oriented.

ERP, CRM systems and Microsoft Office must be part of your tool case.

We are looking for an open-minded person, a troubleshooter determined to find solutions and offer excellent service to our customers.
